We strongly believe in evidence-based design. We gather information about the psychology of space and how it affects people’s enjoyment, behaviour, and productivity. This information, as well as perspectives on global trends and discoveries, is provided to help internal stakeholders understand our recommendations. Internally, we gather information to ensure that we understand your objectives, as well as your existing position, opportunities, and challenges. We undertake this with seminars, surveys, observation studies, and other tools, and we compare ourselves to other organisations when necessary.

The demographics of the workforce are changing. As baby boomers and Generation X retire, millennials are expected to comprise 75 per cent of workers by 2025. This places specific demands on organisations, which will need to provide growth opportunities and flexible employment conditions to retain these younger people. 02 Design Development

Development of schematic design concept including design intent imagery & high level finishes.

03 3D Presentation (Optional on request)

Presentation of 3D Model Walkthrough prepared with real time rendering of proposed design.

04 Documentation

Preparation of detailed interior architectural documentation & schedules as per the approved design.

05 Progressive Site Visits

Site visits throughout the construction process as required to ensure desired execution.

06 Final Walkthrough

Final Catch up with the client to ensure satisfaction. Optional Styling consultancy can be arranged as requested.
